OK, This isn't exactly a paranormal post, but it is for charity.
Anyone who lives in the Rickmansworth, Bushey, and Watford areas of Hertfordshire,
and fancies an hour and a half of Zumba madness –
please come to the William Penn Leisure Centre, Shepherd's Lane, Rickmansworth,
on FRIDAY 2nd March from 6.30 - 8pm.
You'll have a lot of fun - trust me!
Irene Moss, the instructor, will take you through a whirl of fun routines to some great music,
and for only £5.
